Where can I contact Paloma Picasso perfume manufacturer to complain about a product?
I have used this perfume (eau de parfum) for 20 years with no problems, but have now had the skin on my neck "burnt" by a new bottle opened a couple of days ago. My neck and decolletage are very red, there a numerous little red spots and the skin has become taut and looks like a burn. The bottle was a legitimate purchase from an airport duty free shop. I would like to contact the manufacturer to find out whether they have had any problems with a certain shipment and what, if anything, they can do for me.
