What's the difference between taking Apple Cider Vinegar in LIQUID form versus PILL form?
I can't stand the taste of vinegar and am worried it eats away at my enamel and to be honest feel a little queezy afterward. Does anyone know if there are any major differences between the liquid and pill form of apple cider vinegar? Is there the good kind of bacteria in the pill form?
I would not think the pill has any to little effects at all and definitely would not have the bacteria. It is likely the cheapest vinegar and that is pasteurized and does not contain the healthful mother and benefits of raw apple cider vinegar.
Real foods are always better than man made pills made for profit.
I think linda page's book healthy healing tells how to re-enamel the teeth.
Have you tried taking it with honey or with sea salt.
How about adding it to grapeseed vegenaise (or mayo if you want a less healthy version) and add it to coleslaw and salads. I think that is delicious.
You can also make a tasty raw dressing with raw apple cider vinegar, raw soy sauce, white miso, extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic (optional).
A good bean dip recipe with lots of raw apple cider vinegar that I love is
2 cups beans (drained and heated)
4 tbs of vinegar
hot sauce to taste
mined garlic
onion if desired
1 tbs of each of these:oregano, chili powder, garlic powder (I leave this put sometimes), and cumin
If you are not a vegan add some grated cheese and then blend it all. Great with breads and veggies.
this way you disguise the taste of vinegar and get the benefits of all these healthy foods like the bean dip, slaws, salads and raw veggies.
